We build the ONLY self modulating whole house electric tank-less water heater with the finest quality components and American Design. Our exclusive self modulating technology is designed to read inlet water temperature, flow rate and temperature settings. These readings are processed, calculated and adjusted at a rate of 60 times per second, providing and adjusting the necessary power and energy consumption. Unlike most other tank-less water heaters that turn On and Off and regulate based on over heating the outlet, our units only consume the energy required for specific flow rates thereby offering greater savings and a constant water temperature. No fluctuating, dimming or flickering of the lights and most importantly, no power surges.

All our units are competitively priced to conventional storage tank heaters making ECOSMART the easy and intelligent choice and allowing the customer to Go Tank-less and Go Green.

Our Radiant Floor Heating units are the only ones designed for this specific use, having the same modulating technology and readings digitally displayed of not only the temperature settings, but inlet and outlet temperatures.
