Root Construction is a family-owned and operated business with over 13 years experience in the Residential Construction industry. We specialize in modern construction, project management and environmental building.  

Root builds all types of new and remodel projects: from 12,000 square foot homes to 500 square foot additions to small kitchen and bath remodels. We have built and remodeled high-end residential projects in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Malibu, Rancho Palos Verdes and Studio City. We have also managed complex residential projects for celebrities as well as award-winning multi-unit condominiums for well-known Los Angeles architects.  

Our mission is to make the construction process as pleasant and easy as possible for the client. Root prides itself on being detail oriented, reliable, efficient and extremely organized. As much as we value a quality finished project, we also value the people and the path that it takes to get there. We believe an essential element of a successful project is a happy client that gives us a referral down the road. We take the time to create a cohesive team of Owner, Architect, Engineer, City Inspectors and even the surrounding neighbors affected by the construction.  

Our staff consists of licensed and certified professionals in construction, design, & the environmental building industry. Root is a fully licensed, bonded and insured construction, design and consulting company, as well as a proud member of Build It Green and the USGBC.
