Consulting: With several LEED accredited professionals on staff, GreenBuilt Construction and Consulting can provide green building consultation and LEED support for both residential and commercial projects. GreenBuilt has experience in many LEED rating systems; including LEED for New Construction, LEED for Existing Buildings, LEED for Retail, LEED for Neighborhood Development and LEED for Homes. GreenBuilt is currently consulting on projects throughout Northern California. We are also qualified to provide services such as GreenPoint Rated, HERS testing, building performance testing, green products and materials consulting and building science consulting. Performance: Besides providing shelter, buildings "perform" - they create indoor climate conditions based on the interaction between the activity occurring within the building, the physical structure itself and the mechanical systems installed in the building.
