PSE was established in 1998 and has taken a new route during the last few years to promote the importance of green building. Some scoff and imagine a rickety hut when first hearing ‘green building,’ but the reality is that green homes and buildings are some of the most up-to-date, trendy, and beautiful structures of our time: structures that PSE engineers to stand the test of time.

Offering several engineering services including; structural engineering, structural design, evaluation and investigation of existing structures, foundation design, construction inspection, seismic upgrades, etc., PSE is the only engineering firm in southern Oregon and upper northern California with extensive experience in numerous green building engineering, design and construction methods. Nabil Taha, Ph.D. P.E., founder and president of the engineering firm, believes “The more options we give, the more people will bite on green initiatives.” Innovation is the root of PSE.
