Earthwise Cabinetry
Our guiding principles at Earthwise are value and sustainability. Attractive, well made cabinets can be expected to serve a family’s needs for generations. At Earthwise we believe this is an appropriate standard for the significant investment of money and resources that go into a new Kitchen. We want our customers to feel good about choosing our products for many years after their project is complete, so we take great care when selecting the things that go into our work.

All of our cabinet bodies are made with Columbia Purebond plywood. The exteriors are clad with a wide variety of materials. We use FSC certified lumber and plywood inside and out, to reduce our environmental impact

We are very excited about all of the innovations in the production of sustainably produced materials for our industry. The expanding availability of Bamboo panel products and a broad spectrum of engineered lumber products has helped to minimize the “footprint” of our work and given our customers a whole new spectrum of aesthetic choices.

There is a new focus in the design community on simple forms that evoke the clean lines and economy of style associated with Mid Century Modern furniture and architecture. Panels clad with fine veneers celebrate the beauty of wood, and bring an element of the natural world to these sleek designs.

Fine cabinetry is the place in the home where style and design intersect with function and utility. We use high quality functional hardware – hinges, drawer glides, recycling pullouts, etc. – to insure that your cabinets will be a pleasure to live with for many years. The variety of choices for decorative hardware can be daunting, but we have seen it all and can help you find knobs, pulls and accessories that complement your other design elements.

We employ a variety of excellent low V.O.C. finishing products to enhance and preserve the appearance of your new cabinets and will work closely with you in the selection of colors and sheens. We recognize the impact that your cabinetry will have on your overall home environment and want you to get exactly the appearance and functionality you are seeking.
