CONSERVE NATURAL RESOURCES

We help our clients with the largest recycling project most of them will ever undertake:  the remodeling of their home. To revitalize an older home rather than to tear down and build new is a major way to conserve resources. The way we build, with high quality materials and methods, reduces the frequency of repairs and replacements.  This reduces the waste of resources and costs over the long run.  Our lumber from certified managed forests and we recycle our construction waste. These conservation practices are among the most effective ways to cut down on construction waste and impact on the environment.

INCREASE ENERGY EFFICIENCY

We can provide choices on energy efficient systems for your home.  This could include doing a whole house energy analysis.  Common energy savers include:  insulated low-e windows, Energy Star appliances, radiant heating or high efficiency forced air heating, whole house fans and natural ventilation, proper insulation and weather stripping systems.
